There is a pull-request pending upstream about this: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/11906
It seems v4l2loopback was made more compliant with V4L2, but since OBS does not respect the API by sending a STREAMON request before video buffers are negociated, it used to work but no longer does.
