Hi. I actually think we don't need to do that at all. After the last changes, everything seems to work in the package. So, I reiterate what I said before:
It seems that Salsa CI is compatible with such repos, and I believe such compatibility is worthy to be kept. Naturally, if Otto does not want to support it, I would expect users of such repos to do their part in keeping the compatibility.
On my side, every time I will need to touch some package in the team and I see that the current pipeline does not work, and I see that Salsa CI works, I will assume an implicit ack that switching to Salsa CI is ok in such cases. Thanks.
