As it seems, even the 1.9.9 for trixie does not have DoQ and DoH3 support enabled. This seems to be due to the requirement of quiche not being in Debian (yet, no mention why it's missing or deliberately left out).
Indeed, we do not have quiche. And we do not have BoringSSL either. Getting these things in is a complicated, huge task. Chris
