Hi. I wanted to ask you a question about translations, timing, the release, etc.
We have just merged into dgit mainline (targeted for trixie+1) a change by Marc Haber to update all of our obsolete distribution names. https://salsa.debian.org/dgit-team/dgit/-/merge_requests/195 We think this would be a nice change to include in trixie. But it would fuzz a lot of the translations. Many of the changes are quite mechanical. Should we: (a) attempt to update at least the dgit-user(7) translation ourselves? (b) expect you to provide an update, and if so will that happen after we upload to unstable? (c) something else. I guess if I don't hear from you I will try (a) and fall back to uploading to unstable and hoping for (b). Thanks, Ian. -- Ian Jackson <[email protected]> These opinions are my own.
