Hi,I've updated the link upstream for 12.10 and added support for the live images as well, see #1094350.
However, we already released 12.11, so even that update is obsoleted.
The request to have a URI without version numbers (or with at most the major version number) is already in #813797 (from 2016!)
I also think it would be nice to have a stable URI for each major version.What we would need is another release of osinfo-db for trixie, even though the release schedule for osinfo-db is not matching the Debian release schedule.
I would expect that the release team will allow for an unblock, since this would enable a good user experience on trixie with (at least GNOME Boxes).
