Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

   Upgrade from Bookworm to Trixie

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I tried changing `ResumeDelay` in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf, but it was not
helpful.
I did not see particular errors that connection is attempted but failed.
Seems that connection after resume is not even tried.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
