Package: file
Version: 1:5.46-5
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

the file package included in Trixie wrongly classifies C source files and
Python scripts (and possibly others) as HTML iff they contain Doxygen comments.

See <https://bugs.astron.com/view.php?id=642> for the original bug report,
which also includes two samples.

The issue has been fixed with commit
<https://github.com/file/file/commit/41e0b8bc41140dbc7b2d7bc6409c090be2ad67b7>,
and it would be great if it could be added to the Trixie package.
