Hi, currently beast-mcmc uses the patch enable_hardening.patch to honor CFLAGS and LDFLAGS. However, the work seems to be accidentally undone in create_soname.patch. Please update create_soname.patch so that CFLAGS and LDFLAGS are used properly. Thanks, Emanuele
