This will not copy virtualbox-dkms.modprobe.conf in /etc/modprobe.d with
name virtualbox-dkms.conf but create the missing directory and put the
file with unchnaged name in it.
So I would in debian directory for the source package:
1) rename virtualbox-dkms.modprobe.conf to virtualbox-dkms.conf
2) remplace the last line of virtualbox-dkms.install.in by
debian/virtualbox-dkms.conf /etc/modprobe.d
