Old download page of etsf-io is now gone [1], as etsf-io seems to have switched to GitHub [2]. However, the releases are not tagged there, thus fetching tarballs with meaningful version numbers is impossible for the time being. I have opened an issue requesting to tag releases [3].
Upstream has just resolved [3] by adding git tags for all the releases. The uscan file can be reworked to watch GitHub tags now.
