Package: rdiff-backup Version: 2.2.2-1.1 Severity: important There is an incompatibility in version 2.2.2-1.1 with older branches like 2.0, making it impossible to backup debian 12 servers from debian 11 servers, this is explained here:
https://github.com/rdiff-backup/rdiff-backup/issues/872 This was fixed in 2.2.5 but debian 12 uses 2.2.2. It's quite an important bug as it makes the tool completely useless without the patches.
