Bug#1108217: fcopy aborts on dead symlinks

Does fcopy works for you without this change for broken/relative symlinks?
Does fcopy handles relative symlinks diffrently than absolute
symlinks?

Do you have any suggestion how fcopy should behave for symlinks?
