Package: debconf
Version: 1.5.91

Removing the currently running Linux kernel in Trixie causes debconf to crash instead of showing its usual confirmation prompt. After rebooting with the new kernel, removal of the old works normally without issue.

I have observed this with multiple kernel upgrades, here is the output from the latest:
