This is fine. This is basically just a

sed -i 's/ <!nocheck>//' debian/control

There is 1 nocheck left:

librust-vergen-8+git2-dev <!nocheck>

I guess the sed didn't catch that one.

Is this intentional?

sbuild --profiles=nocheck rust-sequoia-octopus-librnp -d unstable

and it compiles fine and that was all Helmut was asking for in the bug.
