This is not reproducible in *Debian* testing on arm64:

rsgain 3.6 supports writing tags to the following file types:

  MP3 (.mp3), MP4 (.mp4, .m4a), WMA (.wma), WavPack (.wv), APE (.ape),
  WAV (.wav), AIFF (.aiff, .aif, .snd), and TAK (.tak).

Options:
  -h,      --help                Show this help.
  -v,      --version             Show version number.

Commands:
  easy                    Easy Mode:   Recursively scan a directory with 
recommended settings.
  custom                  Custom Mode: Scan individual files with custom 
settings.

It appears you have foreign packages installed, and I suppose they 
are broken.

Please provide more info on how this problem affects Debian, and if 
it does not affect Debian, please close this bug.
