For some (historic ?) reason, "happy" is the only one project in the Haskell monorepo that includes /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/utils.mk. This module is slated for removal from CDBS. Can you please strip-out this line ? The eventual missing functionality can eventualy be vendored in "happy". Greetings Alexandre
