Bug#1110743: Acknowledgement (xfce4-panel does not show after upgrade to Trixie)

I created a new user account, logged on with it and then it does show a 
new xfce4-panel. So it probably is something in my home directory that 
is preventing xfce4-panel from starting since the upgrade to Trixie.
