Package: aptVersion: 3.0.3 Severity: important Debian 12/13: dpkg or dkms command which is executed by the "apt install" in some cases, is running pre_build script or building kernel module/s (i have seen a cc1 process) and it (or other similar processes) is overloading CPUs for a few minutes so the foregrounded apps incl. for example mpv player is freezing. That should not happen, the foregrounded apps should have high enough priority not to cause freezes.
