This was because its autopkgtests needed the fix in https://tracker.debian.org/news/1648979/accepted-pendulum-300-3-source-into-unstable/, which in turn was blocked on RC bugs in mimalloc. I recently NMUed mimalloc and that's just reached testing, so I've retried the failing autopkgtests in pydantic-extra-types and they should pass now.
