Dear Maintainer,

While using 'lf', the help menu is empty.
It is normally brought up inside 'lf' by running ':doc' which outputs
its help menu with a pager.
It is the same help menu that '$ lf -doc' outputs. Which is simply the
value of a variable in the source.
