Package: ipodder Version: 2.1.9-5 Severity: important This application is very buggy in many ways.
When switching tabs, the toolbar sometimes doesn't switch. Many toolbar buttons are non-functional. The X button in the downloads tab does nothing. Right-clicking and selecting options usually does nothing. The program randomly crashes after adding new podcasts. It spews messages on the console about not being able to find the module named iPodder. in all, why do we still have this in Debian? Upstream is now called Juice Receiver and is at www.sf.net/projects/juicereceiver. I would hope that all this has been fixed upstream. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16.18 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages ipodder depends on: ii bittorrent 3.4.2-6 Scatter-gather network file transf ii python 2.3.5-5 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-feedparser 4.1-3 Universal Feed Parser for Python ii python-pyrss2gen 1.0.0-1 A Python interface for generating ii python-wxgtk2.6 2.6.3.2.1 wxWidgets Cross-platform C++ GUI t ii python-xmms 2.06-3.1 Python interface to XMMS ipodder recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
