rust-swtchr is incompatible with rust-gtk4 0.10 even after updating
Cargo.toml and debian/control.
rust-swtchr has no reverse depends. We may need to remove it from
Testing to allow completion of the rust-gtk4 0.10 transition.
The problem is that the current gtk4-layer-shell rust libary is building
against gtk4 0.9; there is no version for 0.10 yet. I opened an issue
upstream about this. If it does not get a release in time this will also
cause swayosd to FTBFS.
