Hello. You can still adopt it, as it's orphaned :-) I take for granted that Alexandre is open to constructive criticism regarding the way he's deprecating CDBS, so reading between lines, by you not adopting CDBS again, you are essentially sending a positive message, much like "Maybe I would do it differently, but not to the point of adopting CDBS again". (That's how I'd translate "oh well" to plain English, my apologies if I guessed wrong :-). Thanks.
