Is this irony or is really gone? Looking back at this, it has a problem with updating the database. This could be a temporary glitch or a persisting problem. This could be fixed by cleaning the database and forcing it to start from scratch. It could also be bug in the freshclam package which was resolved somewhere between 0.103.3 and 0.103.10. Also This version is close to EOL. Therefore I'm inclined to close this. Sebastian
