Hi,
the current version has unsatisfied Build-Depends under GNU/kFreeBSD ports.
Please, could you exclude linux specific package in Build-Depends by using:
libcap-dev [!kfreebsd-i386 !kfreebsd-amd64 !hurd-i386]
