Hello Graham

As reported as Debian bug on http://bugs.debian.org/345551 (I maintain
the Date::Parse Debian package) Date::Parse does not seem to be able 
to parse "Sun,  1 Jan 2006 00:59:60 +0100" which is a leap second.
