The uncoordinated upload of the new version to unstable introduced
a library transition which debian/TODO even mentioned needs to be
handled via experimental at first because it breaks the rdeps.

Breaking the rdeps is not nice. Doing so without notice… even less so.

Concretely, the package dropped libporttime; a check on the upstream
repo indicates it should still be present (code is there, and the
changelog does not mention dropping it).
