Version: Use transitional packages instead of breaks/provides ?
Severity: normal
block 1114810 by -1

Dear Maintainer,

I updated keepass2-plugin-keepassrpc since commons-cli is orphaned.

However "apt-get build-dep ." fails now like described here:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1114810

David suggests in #1114810 to use transitional packages instead of
Provides/Conflicts. Would you consider doing that change?
