OK. Slsc is now one of *two* packages in unstable or testing using slang1. The other one is jed, which is already using slang2 in experimental, and will hopefully have that version in unstable soonish.
I guess you can keep maintaining slsc as long as you like -- you're already the maintainer of the slang1 package.
