Yes, I recommend leaving out the Debian 10 commit. We'll include it when we package a new upstream version but the commit isn't helpful enough to cherry-pick. Please move 1106298 to the Debian 12 changelog line. I think the Debian 13 change won't apply cleanly unless you cherrypick the September 2 commit first.
