Hi,

The following vulnerability was published for expat.

CVE-2025-59375[0]:
| libexpat in Expat before 2.7.2 allows attackers to trigger large
| dynamic memory allocations via a small document that is submitted
| for parsing.

Fixes not merged (at time of writing), but mainly filling a BTS bug
for tracking already.

If you fix the vulnerability please also make sure to include the
CVE (Common Vulnerabilities & Exposures) id in your changelog entry.
