Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
On Debian 13 (Trixie) with GNOME 48, the Yaru Shell theme does not
render correctly.
When enabling the theme via GNOME Tweaks, both Yaru Dark and especially
Yaru Light show visual problems.
Examples:
- Top-right system menu has layout glitches (padding, alignment, icons).
- Logout/shutdown pop-up is also broken.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Debian 13 with GNOME 48.
2. Enable the Yaru theme in GNOME Tweaks (yaru-theme-gnome-shell).
3. Open the system menu and logout/shutdown dialog.
Expected results:
The Yaru theme should render normally.
Actual results:
The Yaru Light (and also Dark) theme is broken and misaligned.
