I've removed the trailing spaces on github.
Regarding the long command lines: the file dh_installtex.1 is
generated from dh_installtex using pod2man. I've changed dh_installtex
now and the result in the manual page is

, which is IMHO OK, when formatted using groff:

The change further down: "name=ngerman\-x\-2011\-07\-01..." gives a
different result after formatting using groff; now there are line
breaks in the manual page, where there were not before.
Please revisit and send me a patch for dh_installtex. Thanks!
