I'm not sure if comments like this are frowned upon here, but this issue
seems to be a bit old by this point, and I'd like to say I'm also hugely
affected by it. Has anyone found a workaround for getting VNC password
authentication to work? I have a system that uses them in a "safe" way,
but it requires the backend to support password authentication.
Encryption is not required for my use-case, and I'd heavily appreciate
if, despite the security issues, VNC password authentication could be
fixed in Xen.
