In theory, yes, if you upload a fix for the reported bug, you can put the bug number in the changelog (using closes) so that the bug is closed automatically when the package is accepted in unstable. However: Are you going to fix a FTBFS bug by applying a fix which triggers another FTBFS bug? That's not very orthodox, I would say. Thanks.
