Control: tags -1 patchUpstream note in https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/gh/news/news.html that this is a breaking change because legitimate code could be using these values, but codesearch says we don't have anything that uses gh_next/gh_prev/gh_first/gh_last.
Hence, I propose to upload this new upstream version (if it works, which I haven't tested yet).
