I have contributed a patch for review to fix this build failure: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/super/-/merge_requests/1 The changes to eliminate K&R-style declarations would be too extensive to do reasonably in the form of a patch so I opted to build as C17 source. I hope this helps, Andrew
