Hi. I apologize for doing a team upload using a simple workaround (namely, using -std=gnu17) before reading this, which I missed. Fortunately, I've now tested the PR in github and it does not fix the build error, so I believe the team upload was useful after all. The aim was to avoid the autoremoval on the horizon. Now we have a lot more time to think about a proper fix, or maybe we could just wait for upstream. Thanks.
