# apt install mono-complete
Solving dependencies... Error!
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Unsatisfied dependencies:
 mono-complete : Depends: mono-4.0-gac (= 6.14.1+ds-2)
Depends: mono-devel (= 6.14.1+ds-2) but it is not going to be
installed
                 Depends: mono-runtime (= 6.14.1+ds-2) but 6.14.1+ds2-1 is to
be installed
                 Depends: mono-runtime-sgen (= 6.14.1+ds-2)
                 Depends: mono-utils (= 6.14.1+ds-2)
Error: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Error: The following information from --solver 3.0 may provide additional
context:
Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
   1. mono-devel:amd64=6.14.1+ds-2 is not selected for install
   2. mono-devel:amd64=6.14.1+ds-2 is selected for install because:
      1. mono-complete:amd64=6.14.1+ds-2 is selected for install
      2. mono-complete:amd64 Depends mono-devel (= 6.14.1+ds-2)

Older versions could be installed before without any issues.

I need mono-complete for my keepass2 plugins.

Thanks!
