Here the same problem (debian unstable; X11; kwin):
If you move the mouse while over a tab in the tab-bar, chromium switches
between tabs. Also menus in website are not working any more. Say in
https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages you want to chose the
distribution you can click on it and it unfolds, but you cannot move the
mouse to select one as it closes the menu immediately.
On some websites, mouse movements cause buttons to be pressed, for
example the volume button on some players.
