Dear Maintainer,

AlienWare 17, fresh install of Debian 12.11. Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 NIC
built in does not function due to firmware issues (UTL some of the code).
Added NetGear WNA1000M in USB socket. The NetGear connects to a wifi network
(after installing proper firmware). In an attempt to access a hidden network
via the NetGear NIC the 'three dots' icon on the wifi settings page was clicked
and "Connect to Hidden Network..." selected. The Qualcomm NIC is shown in the
WI-FI adapter field. When the other NIC (the NetGear USB NIC) is selected
settings immediately crashes with this in dmesg:

Hello,
if it is of any help, the bytes from the kernel message
point to following line:

https://sources.debian.org/src/libnma/1.10.6-1/src/nma-cert-chooser-button.c#L116

116     model = GTK_LIST_STORE (gtk_combo_box_get_model (GTK_COMBO_BOX
(priv->button)));

A more complete backtrace would probably get visible
in journal by installing the package systemd-coredump.

Kind regards,
Bernhard
