Exclude firmware-marvell-prestera on all archs.

However, firmware-marvell-prestera is still included in:
debian-live-testing-amd64-*.iso
but not in:
debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso
This can be seen by going to:
https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/
and viewing:
debian-live-testing-amd64-standard.iso.packages
I think this is because:
* Package: firmware-libertas (oxymoron!)
* Recommends: firmware-marvell-prestera
If so, possible solutions include:
* Filter, and perhaps exclude, firmware-libertas
* Change firmware-libertas Recommends to Suggests
* Uninstall firmware-marvell-prestera later in the process
