I'm intending to upload scipy 1.16 to unstable in the near future,
so bumping the severity of this scikit-learn bug to serious in
anticipation.

If you use scikit-learn then please take up the Uploader role and
keep it updated.

I use scikit-learn from time to time and I'm now working on it to get it into shape again.
