The missing package used to be in Debian but they were removed some time

Indeed, this package was removed from unstable in 2009. I pushed some commits to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/cvsweb.git but because I'm not a DD/DM and it's not so easy to get sponsored these days (people are always busy...), it's best for me to wait until something big is coming.
