Thanks for the report. I have filed a salsa ticket
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/support/-/issues/516
asking the salsa admins to look in their logs.
This is the first such occurrence that I'm aware of.
FYI in a situation like this, it is not necessary to recreate the tag.
All you need to do is cause the tag2upload service to be poked. One
approach would be to push the same tag to a personal fork.
