Please consider packaging it and finishing the transition before trixie
freeze. I took a quick look at the API changes and they seem trivial,
so the transition would (hopefully) be somewhat smooth.
I see your work 1.0.19-1 in experimental, and I think that is a good
starting point. Should you need any help or have insufficient bandwidth,
I can try to help, e.g. prepare new versions, do NMUs, and coordinate
the transition with the release team.
Has there been any progress here? python-nacl 1.6.0 is blocked on this.
