Hi,

With CPython 3.14, code using matplotlib can start hitting RecursionError
due to https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/29157

We've encountered some of these in Ubuntu as we kicked off our 3.14
transition, presumably those will hit Debian soon enough, for instance:

https://launchpadlibrarian.net/826149079/buildlog_ubuntu-resolute-amd64.contourpy_1.3.1-1build2_BUILDING.txt.gz

This has been fixed in recent matplotlib.

I'll be working on packaging a new version in Salsa.
