Hi, With CPython 3.14, code using matplotlib can start hitting RecursionError due to https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/29157 We've encountered some of these in Ubuntu as we kicked off our 3.14 transition, presumably those will hit Debian soon enough, for instance: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/826149079/buildlog_ubuntu-resolute-amd64.contourpy_1.3.1-1build2_BUILDING.txt.gz This has been fixed in recent matplotlib. I'll be working on packaging a new version in Salsa. -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers questing-updates APT policy: (500, 'questing-updates'), (500, 'questing-security'), (500, 'questing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.17.0-5-generic (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
