I confirm the existence of this bug, which affects my stable/teating
system since Oct 20.
Besides being an atypical Mac M2/ asahi setup, my system is pretty
standard, and the filesystem is good old extfs4.
The output of journalctl -f is thousands of lines of the type:

No crash observed here, only slowdown (and heated machine) as long as a
nautilus windows is open, everything is normal once nautilus is not invoked
