Without this dependency, liboprf.so is a dangling symlink
and instead of the desirable shared linking the static
liboprf.a is used (successfully in trixie and with FTBFS
in unstable).
In a related note, the dependency on python3-pyoprf on
liboprf0t64 should also likely be (= ${binary:Version})
since the module might not work with an ancient version
of the library.
