Thanks for what looks like a big job with the recent update! The docker.io NEWS.Debian file brings up 144 lines of changelog-style data for users about the upstream fixes when upgrading. I think this is a bit excessive and users won't be able to make anything of it - at least if there is anything there that is crucial for users to see it will be lost among all the other details! I suggest deleting it for the next upload.
